Once approvals are received, we prepare your HIA building contract. You’ll review, sign, and pay the initial deposit to lock in your build.

We handle all required documentation and lodge plans with the relevant council or private certifier. This includes BASIX, energy ratings, and construction certificates.

Our licensed builders and site supervisors begin construction. We’ll keep you updated through every stage—from excavation to final finishes—with regular site progress updates.

Once construction is complete and quality-checked, we walk you through your new home. You receive your keys, warranties, and a 90-day maintenance period.
